Ethiopia Sidamo is grown in the Sidamo region, which is the most productive region in the country due to ideal climate conditions, high altitudes, abundant rainfall and fertile soil. Due to the climate and acidic soil in the region the coffee trees produce remarkable fruity flavors such as peach, blackberry, sweet lemon, plus an ideal balance between acidity and body.
